Access 1 helps you connect to individual mental health services in Northern Toronto and Scarborough. If you life east of Islington Ave., west of Victoria Park Ave., south of Steeles Ave., and north of Eglinton Ave (northern Toronto) or in the boundaries of Scarborough, and are interested in individual support services, please contact Access 1.
How does it work?
The Access 1 office process your application for case management or assertive community treatment teams in Northern Toronto or Scarborough. Once you've sent in your application, you will be contacted to discuss if you are eligible for services. If you are, your application will be placed on a waitlist. Access 1 follows your application until you are connected with a service provider.

Who is eligible for Access 1?
Access 1 provides coordinated access to mental health case management and assertive community treatment teams to individuals:
- 16 years of age and older,
- having mental health problems that are seriously affecting their lives, and
- live in Northern Toronto or Scarborough
